In today's world, where we face rapid changes and new technologies every day, it seems that some old customs are gradually fading away. One of these customs is the simple and common word 'hello.' Now, both Generation Z and scammers have somehow contributed to the end of this 200-year-old word.

Changes in Communication

These days, if you receive a call from an unknown number, it is advised to remain silent until you are sure that a real person is on the line. This change in behavior is not only due to scams but also because of the cultural and social changes that the new generation has regarding communication. They are looking for new and more modern approaches and have become indifferent to old and traditional words.

Generation Z, who have grown up in a digital world, tend to prefer informal and quicker forms of communication. Instead of greetings and lengthy salutations, they believe more in short and quick messages. This change in behavior clearly indicates a cultural transformation that could soon lead to the death of this simple and old word.

Scammers and Their Impact

On the other hand, scammers are also looking to deceive people using modern methods. Anonymous and suspicious calls have not only damaged trust but have also led individuals to be more inclined to silence in the face of these calls. This situation, in turn, makes old customs like 'hello' easily forgotten.

Does this truly mean the end of an era? Perhaps 'hello' no longer has the power and charm it once did, but can we really continue life without it? In today's fast-paced world, we might start to view words not as a greeting but as a reminder of the past.
